SSMU patriotic meetings

Previously, the representatives of administration of SSMU met the guest and made a tour of university. The issues on the most prospective areas in modern medicine were discussed with students. Head of Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biotechnology, Dmitry Tupikin gave a speech on drug manufacturing technologies and demonstrated a pharmacy with ready-to-use dosage forms and equipment for the production of medicines of the future.
Director of the Research and Production Center for Healthy Nutrition Technologies of SSMU, Inna Simakova, introduced to the the guests the food products of new generation with a high content of nutrients. These products are designed to support Russia’s national food safety in the clinical segment.
During the excursion, a meeting with SSMU students of various courses was held. They had an opportunity to communicate with the heroine on the topics of great interest. There were many questions. Lieutenant of the medical service, Maria Miroshnichenko, was awarded the medal “For Courage”. And as a member of the Special Military Operation, Maria was pleased to talk to students in a warm and sincere atmosphere. “You have chosen a profession that determines our future.
