Week of Russian Science (WeRuS-2024)

The grand opening of the XIII All-Russian Week of Science with international participation took place in the assembly hall of the SSMU Medical Pre-University (WeRuS-2024). This year it is dedicated to National Donor’s Day. The Week of Science at SSMU was opened by the vice-rector for scientific work – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Alexander Fedonnikov.

The scientific supervisor of the Society of Young Scientists and Students (CYSS)– Ph.D. in Medicine, Associate Professor of the department of pathologic anatomy – Nikita Navolokin together with the curator of youth science at SSMU, assistant of the same department – Artem Mylnikov, addressed the participants.

At the plenary session, the 2nd year students of the Faculty of Clinical Psychology – Daria Nikonova and Anastasia Krutova presented the report “Forgotten Names in the History of Saratov Medicine: Vladimir Dmitrievich Karishnev.” The data on the achievements of the Society of Young Scientists and Students of SSMU were presented by Irina Shmukler – the CYSS chairman, the 4th year student of the Faculty of Medicine.
