Reminder for students coming to Russia

  • not earlier than 2 calendar days before entering the Russian Federation, it is necessary to do a test for COVID-19 by PCR and, if the result is negative, receive the corresponding document in Russian and English in your country;

  • students enrolled in the 1st year and arriving in Saratov for accommodation, at the beginning are placed in the Dormitory No. 1 at the address: Saratov, Bakhmetevskaya str., 4 for medical examination;

  • within 3 calendar days after arrival in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to inform the employees of the Passport and Visa Department at the address: Saratov, 2 Sadovaya street 106 «B» in order to comply with the deadlines for migration registration at the place of stay;

  • by September 15, it is necessary to provide the Department of International Education (Dean's Office) a copy of the voluntary health insurance policy, the validity of which ends no earlier than June 30;

  • within 90 calendar days from the date of entry, it is necessary to undergo a medical examination for the presence or absence of the fact of using narcotic or psychotropic substances, infectious diseases that pose a danger to others, and a disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus;

  • within 90 calendar days from the date of entry, it is necessary to go through the procedure of mandatory state fingerprint registration and photography.

You need to undergo a medical examination once a year. The certificate and the conclusion of the established sample are issued in Saratov only in 2 clinics. For more information, please contact the Department of International Cooperation.
