«Miss Talent» is from Saratov State Medical University.

On March 31, SSMU students took part in the final of the Regional competition of national costume, creativity and beauty «Miss World Nowruz – 2022», which was held at Saratov State Academic Drama Theater named after I.A. Slonov.

The competition is traditionally held with the support of the Saratov regional branch of the «Assembly of Russians», the International center of competitions «Crystal Crown» and Government of the Saratov region. This year, 150 applications were submitted, and in the final stage, 45 girls competed for prestigious titles and showed their creative skills in dance and vocal performances, demonstrated their national costumes.

In the final SSMU was represented by three students from the Department of International Education. Pupedi Kwena Raparika represented South Africa with a vocal number, Emumudon Sonya Ijeoma performed Nigerian national dance, Mane Prerna Gangaram demonstrated Indian national dance and treated the jury with a national dish.

Regarding the results of the competition, Pupedi Kvena Raparika got the honorary title of «Miss World Navruz Talent – 2022».
