At the same time, a qualitative update of the medical personnel training system has begun: full distance education in medical specialties is being abolished, uniform format standards are being introduced, and criteria for assessing practical skills are being tightened.

According to Rector Andrey Eremin, Saratov Medical University has long adhered to these principles. Students regularly undergo internships with future employers, which contributes to rapid professional adaptation. The Career program provides individual career paths for each student, making graduates highly sought-after specialists.
