Algorithm for International Students’ Entry to Russia:

1. All international students are allowed to enter Russia.

2. Before you cross the border, information about your arrival must be entered by the University employee in the list on the Public Services Portal (Gosuslugi). To be included in the entry lists, it is necessary to fill out the Google form at least 14 calendar days before the planned entry into Russia (Attention! You must have Gmail account to fill out the form). Be attentive filling up the form! Check your data!

3. Not earlier than 2 calendar days (48 hours) prior to arrival in Russia, the student must do a PCR test for COVID-19 and, if the result is negative, receive a corresponding document in Russian or English.

4. When entering Russia, you will need to present the original certificate of PCR test result in Russian or English. A negative COVID-19 test result may also be requested when leaving the country.

5. Within 48 hours after entering the territory of Russia, international students must do the second PCR test. Until the results of the test are received, they must stay in self-isolation at their place of residence. During the isolation period, studying takes place online.

6. After receiving the second negative COVID-19 PCR test result international students have to submit the scans of both negative test results to the Department via email (interedu_sgmu@mail.ru).

7. International students are not allowed to study on campus without the second PCR test.

8. In case of any deterioration in health during the period of self-isolation among international students who arrived in Russia (fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough), they must immediately report this to the Department (+7 (8452) 39-39-66, interedu_sgmu@mail.ru) and seek medical help by calling “103” or “112”.

2. During classes students follow sanitary guidelines and keep the social distance.

3. All students entering University buildings have their body temperature measured. Individuals showing cold and flu symptoms will not be allowed on campus.
